InboxSolutions' Exchange Hosting Email Migration service easily imports your old emails into your new hosted Exchange mailbox. Our Transition Team will assist you in importing your old emails, contacts and calendar appointments. Depending upon the amount of data you need to import our Transition Team will assist you with one or more of the following import methods:
Import data within Outlook
If you only have a small amount of data that needs to be imported, most of the time this can be done at your computer within Outlook. Our Transition Team will walk you through the process.
Mail us a CD or DVD with your old email in .PST format
If you have a significant amount of data that needs to be imported our Transition Team will walk you through the process of exporting a copy of your data to a .PST file and saving that file to a CD or DVD. Our Transition Team will ask you to ship the CD or DVD to our Network Operations center so our Exchange Engineers can import your old emails into your new hosted exchange mailbox.
FTP your old email in .PST format
If you have a significant amount of data to import and have a high bandwidth Internet connection our Transition Team will provide you with a secure FTP site where you can upload your .PST files. Once the files have been uploaded our Exchange Engineers will import you .PST data into your new hosted exchange mailbox.
