We will ship a DVD with all your data to you each month. This optional service allows you to receive a copy of each email you sent and received for the month. You can archive this DVD each month for your records.
In addition, we will send you a point-in-time copy of all your data in your mailbox. This point-in-time copy will include a copy of all your contacts, calendar appointments, emails, and everything else stored in your exchange mailbox.
The DVD will contain your mailbox data provided in Microsoft Outlook Personal Folder (.pst) file format for your convenience. This will allow you to easily open this monthly archive with Microsoft Outlook.

Just like above this optional service allows you to receive a copy of each email you sent and received for the quarter, as well as a point in time snapshot of all your data in your mailbox. You can archive these 4 DVDs a year for your records.
