Can i use shared calendars, contacts and public folders with InboxSolutions Exchange Hosting?

Yes, Hosted Exchange by InboxSolutions offers collaboration for all your users. You can schedule meetings and share calendars with everybody in your organization. All your team members can share a global contacts list as well as documents and other files via Exchange Public folders.

Does InboxSolutions Hosted Exchange run a dedicated server for each customer or is it shared?

InboxSolutions's Exchange Hosting runs in a shared environment. This is the most cost effective way for customers to take advantage of the features of Exchange 2007, while keeping costs to a minimum. However, we do offer dedicated Managed Exchange solutions. If you are interested in Managed Exchange, please inquire with an InboxSolutions sales representative.

Can I use my own domain name with your email hosting services?

Yes, all of our Exchange Hosting customers use their company's domain name as part of their email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com). When you sign up for Exchange Hosting services, you can specify an existing domain or create a new one.

If I host email with you can I leave my website where it is?

Yes. We focus on Exchange Hosting as our core business. However we do host some of our customers websites. Others use a third party provider to host their websites. If you are interested in InboxSolutions hosting your website please contact an InboxSolutions sales representative.

Can I continue to use something other than Outlook as my email client?

Yes, you can use Thunderbird, Mac mail or any desktop email software. You can also check your email with any web browser via Exchange 2007 Outlook Web Access. Exchange 2007 uses industry-standard POP/IMAP/SMTP connections for sending and receiving email, which gives you the flexibility to use almost any popular email software application, if you don;t want to use Outlook.

However, Outlook 2007 is the recommend email client for Exchange 2007 and has many advanced capabilities that other email clients lack. InboxSolutions recommends Outlook 2007 but understands some are prefer and are more comfortable with other email clients.

Are there any refunds if I cancel within my prepayment term?

Yes. You can cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for prepaid services you do not plan to use.

Can I migrate email data from my current email provider to you?

Yes, we have a team that specializes in data migrations and will work with you to make the transition as easy as possible.

Do you offer wireless email services for non Windows Mobile Phones?

Yes, most mobile devices have the ability to check email through either a POP or IMAP connection, which we support. We also offer Outlook Mobile Access, which allows you to access your email through any wireless web browser.
